By the way, just fyi, just because it's out of print does not mean there's no copyright on it. It would be a bad idea to post the entire thing on the net, though you could post quotations under the Fair Use provisions. I know that doesn't sound right, but publications in this arena are called "orphans" because of it. Once the copyright law changed from 28 years to author's life plus seventy years the whole copyright issue became a nightmare.
