...Dreaming on an E92....
I thought it'd be interesting to see if any of you's guy's work out and what you do :)

I've been working out regularly since about mid December, and these past couple months have been amping up my routine even more. I haven't joined a gym yet but have been doing a number of exercises at home. I run 2+ miles at least 4 times a week (I take the pooch along too :D), and do various body weight/ dumbbell/freeweight exercises at home. I introduces whey protein into my diet almost a month ago now, and recently started taking GNC's Glucosamine Chondroitin to help with my occasional achy joints, and so far I've felt a slight difference. My biggest thing is my knees, elbows, and sometimes my shoulders, I think they're just sore from work and lots of dirtbike crashes :notme: I'm not trying to get huge/bulk up, but just tighten up my mid section a bit (The cardio has really helped!), and gain some muscle mass. I'm a short, broad chested Italian so I just want to look proportionate (If that makes sense lol).
I've started eating a lot healthier again and do my best to stay on track with it, and I feel like I've got more energy because of it. I rarely eat fast food (only eat it if I don't have a choice), try to stay away from anything high is sugars/sodium, and try to watch my caloric intake a bit (I'm s'posed to be taking in around 2250 a day.)

I was over 160 lb right after I turned 18 and decided to lose weight, and dropped down to about 125-130 and have been around this weight ever since. One of my goals is to lose another 5 lb max just to tighten up my mid section, and although I haven't lost any weight yet I've lost a small amount off my waist and my tummy has tightened up a good bit. I'm pretty hapy so far

Anyway, enough of my babbling... What do you all do?

5 days a week...

Incline Treadmill, 3.2 mph
incline 12* for 15 minutes...
then incline 6* for 15 minutes... then incline 4* for 10 minutes...
