Any Idea what this stuff is?

Sorry about the pic quality. I know that it is hard to diagnose the problem with just pics. I describe it as looking like little cutts through the clear and the primier. You can see the primer on every little cut. there about a quarter of an inch in size. I know this wont really help us out any either. I live in Lake City, MN which is SE MN. I am 25 miles south of Red Wing if that helps. We are goign to get it looked at in the next 2 weeks. I will let ya know how it turns out. Thanks for the offer Koop!
