How is everyone doing? i have always kept my cars clean from the day i could drive, but just by washing drying and cleaning the interior with a shop vac and armor all. I am looking to purchase a buffer and some higher quality products and possiblly some dvd's that instruct on all the ins and outs of detailing. I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions on good training videos and starter detailing kits. Thanks for all the help and i look forward to spending more time on the forum

Welcome to the best darn detail forum on the net!!

They are many sponsors on this site off the main page. Have a look at some of the threads and you will see the combos that people are using. Mines Poorboys World but again there are many others to choose from. As for the orbital that would be an investment that will be returned to you many times over.

:) Yup. That is what I would have suggested too. :bigups For more info like that you can go to www.OCDetails.com and check out the other stuff there. I figure that boards like this sometimes create more questions than answers for newbies. I wrote those articles to help clarify the most common questions and hopefully organize your thoughts a little better. Its mostly just my opinion and how things work for me, but if it makes sense and works for you too, then all the better. :headbang :welcome to DC!
