Taught golf for six years while in high school going into college. I had a couple partial scholarships to us colleges. But stayed in Canada as I didn't want to pay 20 grand a year. My sticks were duaty last year but my little guy is 6 and wants to golf.

I love to play golf, used to play a lot a few years ago, but since I have started detailing every weekend, I don't have much time for it... I've been playing a game on the computer at night called wgt.com

We should meet somewhere in between and have a "business outing" on some golf course. :D

What's your hc? I'm a low 80's, and crack into the 70s kinda golfer.

I've been helping my 2.5 year old son swing the club and he has just recently really started hitting the ball well. Can't wait to take him out for his first 9 holes.

I retired 17 years ago to a country club in Texas where I can play mostly year round. My house is on a beautiful par 3 overlooking two ponds so every night after the last golfer of the day leaves I sit out on my deck, drink a vino and watch the deer come out of the woods to graze. All I have to do is jump in my cart the next day and go to the club house to sign up teams and play with my buddies. GOLF - this is what living in America is all about!

JC I actually grew up on a country club as a caddy.I carried two loops a day when I was 14. I caddied for Jim Furyk while he was on the Nike Tour. He played at a country club outside of Manheim called Bent Creek. I probally carried his and his father Mikes clubs for about 30 rounds or so. At one point in my High School Golf Career I was a 3 Handicap. Once I left for the service in 96 I stopped playing up until this pass year. Im shooting now in the upper 80's. I just don't have the time to dedicate myself to it. Although my wife and I have been looking at a few Country Clubs to join recently. There are several nice one in my area. Maybe this next season Ill get into it alot more.

My hat is off to you guys that stick with the game. I played for about 4-5 years and just got frustrated. Golf is such a tease, you have a great game every once in a while and frustration most of the time.
