Matt M, you're right. You can make a car look good with a variety of products. That's specifically why my post never said anything about it being better than any specific product. I'm sure a car would shine with 3M products or whatever else. I haven't been to any of those events, so I don't have experience with them.
I think NXT is a good product. Are there better products out there? Possibly and probably. And without the right prep work on a damaged finish, I don't think NXT would make it shiny and nice (might help, but wouldn't yield the desired results).

I was impressed the day of the event with the ease of use on and off and the results of it. Then I was impressed that it's still holding up and looks great a week later. I still stand by my statement that it's a good product.
