Just One More Coat
I was cleaning my key board with my air compressor...and was thinking why not make a key board like a toaster. It would have the drop out tray or the top could come off, to empty out all the crap that gets caught inside.;)

I could have fed a small flock of birds with the crumbs, they came out of mine!:lmfao

Just another hair brained idea.
 
I came across a foldable keyboard the other day. I was tempted to order it just to see how it works. From what I could tell it is sealed and pliable so it can be rolled up. With that you can't get crumbs in it.

I've used these before with PDA's they work great and are very compact for carry.
 
you guys are too funny. I guess I'm not the only one who detailis everything in sight.... Keyboard, coffee maker, Fish tank, Leather couch, you get the idea..... Maybe you could do like the Chineese take out and wrap your keyboard & Telephone in plastic wrap.

Several companies make keyboards geared toward use in factories and industry. They are often waterproof and can be rinsed out easily.
 
I have a gaming keyboard with interchangeable keysets, which make for easy cleaning...but I know what you mean, you blow stuff out of there, and its amazing how much gets in there...
