Another Ford... and a babe!

every time I see that Vette I think about selling my house buying a Z-06 and livin in the road:D :up My favorite colors are also black and red but black just seems like alot of work.

Another really great color is dark green. It isn't quite as unforgiving as black and it looks sooooooo good shined up. I wish I had discovered Klasse and Zaino and stuff when I had the Mustang. I thought it looked really good with Mequiar's Gold Class. I'd probably never have sold it if I had hit it with a dozen coats of Klasse and a few layers of Souveran. <sigh...>

Which gets better gloss? I've seen great things from Zaino, but I hear a lot about Klasse, as well. Which gets better gloss and lasts longer?

Zaino is shinier than Klasse,

Klasse is shinier than Blackfire,

Blackfire is shinier than Zaino......

As for durability, Zaino and Klasse seem to be pretty close and the decision is still out on Blackfire since it only arrived last month.

H

Here is Blackfire on a metalic dark green Mustang.

   Doooooooooooooooooood!! I just PMed you to see if you had any pictures of that car. Ain't life odd? That looks awesome!! I had a 97 Mustang that was forest green metallic and I wondered what it would look like with Blackfire. That is sweeeeeeet!

The family Truckster got a nice wash today. No extreme close-ups though as there are still lots of RIDS swirls, holograms etc. I tried Meguiars SwirlX (or similar named) and it did basically nothing. Still, it looks pretty good.

2 Buckets
Purple Power for the wheels and tires
Blackfire Wash
Zephyr Eliminator for water spots
Blackfire clay
Meguiars SwirlX
Blackfire Polish
Blackfire Wet Diamond
303 Protectant
Meguiars Foamy cleaner on tires

Gotta say, very impressed with the Dragon microfiber I got from PAC for the windows. It does a great job.

Boy, quite a ruckus over a 5 year old Ford!

I read your comments to my wife this morning as she was getting ready for work. She got a big kick out of them! She does actually like to help out with the detailing. Personally, I think that since my post knocked the famous Kevin Brown out of his chair, I should definitely win the TID contest! Thanks all for the nice comments, and Flash, you can just send me a polisher if you like!:Dancing Dot:

No, not on the Explorer... I just realized I wasn't even entered into the contest at all! So this fantastic thread doesn't even count! Boo Hoo

Well, this post should count for 1/5th of a ticket, at least...

Thanks fellas for the kind words about my wife, made her feel real good! She just filled out the application for spokesmodel of TID...
