Rather than resurrect the thread with my earlier pontoon boat pictures, I thought I would post a few shots of the Chris Craft from this weekends outing.
 
It's a 1993 Chris Craft 197 Concept and is finishing its 12th season. We bought it new in 1993 and it replaced a SlickCraft SS204 we had purchased new in 1975. Obviously i don't trade boats very often. Buy just what I want and plan to keep them for a long time.
And it does go pretty good with the 5.0. Never checked it with GPS, but the speedometer has seen 50+ a few times. Not as fast as some of the 70 mph fishing boats, but plenty fast enough for me.
