Been itching to try out zaino. Think I may have an opportunity this week. Supposed to be sunny and 47 degrees this Tuesday in Connecticut. Can I use Zaino (with ZFX) at around that temperature?



The website says under 50 will dramatically increase drying time. I believe that's without ZFX though.

I've Zainoed in 38 degree weather (also in Connecticut). Dried in about an hour. The key is to let it dry in the sun. If it's not sunny, it will take a LOT longer. I've applied 12 coats of Z this winter with no problem. :D
 
47 DEGREES! Yahoo, its a heatwave!



Speaking from personal experience, 47 degrees is no problem as long as you don't get overheated detailing your baby.
 
Put a coat on in Philadelphia yesterday at 45 it worked great. just make sure its dry before removing. I let mine sit for over and hour.
 
It was 40F in my garage before christmas when I applied 3 coats. I let them dry about 20 mins each. this was Z2 w/ ZFX.
 
i've always wondered. what happens if there's a bit left over on the car that was never wiped off?



during the cold winter, i have 2 keep the car inside as i wait for it to dry off. but in the garage where its dark and crowded, i'm certain there might be a spot or two of zaino that i failed to wipe off. any damage?
 
you can leave zaino on your car for days without anything bad happening....it should buff right off. After you Z7 wash it will level it out..........
