So I'm downtown today and I go to my advertising agency (if you can call it that) to change a few things in my current ad and what do i find? I found two movers packing everything up in boxes. This is just a lesson for everybody, if you pay for services up front, make sure you pay with a credit card so you can dispute it later. I payed $500 cash for a newspaper type mailer to hit 2 cities twice, but they never got out, and I am out $500 now. Learn from my mistake and don't do what I did.

man that sucks.Tham=nks for telling us things like this is always good to remember when doing any kind of business.

Someone just tried to beat me for the 2nd time on my CC .This time they tried to buy a $1,100 computer from HP in california.In all my years i've never had any problems with fraud until i started purchasing on line products ,and on top of that ebay caught someone listing items for auction on ebay. The guys name was Frank Muller i think i also have his IP address can you guys find any info with that information..

with the IP i could tell you the city.
 
As long as nobody else gets screwed from reading this post I'm willing to take the fall for it. I'm pretty sure the company is belly up, I can't get a hold of anybody. KARMA will work out.

Yep, my eBay account was hacked by someone overseas, and they listed and sold a car or 2.

You could probably sue the owner as long as they weren't LLC. I would think they would still be liable even if they have to sell their personal stuff to pay back the debt.
 
sorry to hear about your loss. my situation was the opposite. i was ready to order a HO scale slot car set from a reputable dealer in california. i e-mailed him how much for the set and shipping. i told him a pay only by money order. credit card is a no no in my opinion unless its a bargain of a lifetime. dealer e-mails me back and says he only takes credit cards. can you imagine: turning down a money order which is as good as ca$h!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!what a putz. i'm never gonna do business with him again.
