Aluminium Cars

Is there any reason why an aluminium (specifically a Ferrari 360) car would respond differently to detailing than a steel one? A client asked whether or not anything would be different. I asumed no, but just want to double check.

Thanks,

Ben.

Shouldn't be a problem Ben - if you were OK on an M3 CSL with carbonfibre everywhere, a 360'll be a breeze!

All I would say is that metallic Ferrari paint is very hard indeed - as I found with the silver 360 I did a few weeks ago.

Well apparently it's in "excellent condition", but as with most clients, excellent to them is pretty crappy to us Autopians!
