That is some WEIGHT LOSS! I wonder what your pads were looking like afterwards. I serisouly cannot wait to do a detail like this...

When I wash them all 5 (CCS) it will probably turn the water all red.

Oh man, I have done hundreds of those. They all had poor paint flaking off from day 1. But then again, most of the american cars had poor paint clear chipping off in the 80's.

Sweet a Daytona! Looks like an ES from the pictures. Is it a turbo car? I picked up my Shelby for $2200 a little over a year go. I wanted to give it a little more than a buff job and went all out: stratous.250free.com - Browsing Directory: /My_Car/ . Mine will be show quality, but will take years!!

Excelent results. Definately had bad paint on the 80s cars...I blame the polution control in the 80s. Looks like it was pretty limited to the headlights and bumper on that car.

Definately keep us posted.

Hey sorry guys, That day was really cold when I got done (around 25 degrees) so I just wanted to pack up and get in my van. So I didnt get any after pics. It came out really good compared to before, But some areas like on the hood there was no hope. I was alittle bothered by the fact that i couldnt fix everything. But overall it looked really good the owner was blown away, He didnt expect the final results.
