Unreal results, just looking at the pics of those wheels gave me a headache! Great job, as always.
Thanks Husker! Borrani wheels are not fun to do but the results are always worth it!
Wow Todd! Amazing work! Keep us posted because I'm sure thats gonna win!
Will do. The show was several weeks ago, no idea on the results.
Todd..simply amazing as always. I never tire of seeing your work. I still remember some of your epic threads on Ferraris from years ago
Very very nice Todd!! And as always great and thorough write up.
Thanks John!
Absolutely beautiful work!
Thanks!
Loved the write up! Was this the car you had to run off to do when I saw you in FL? You should have taken one of the rupes machines with you, I'm confident that would have saved some time too.
Great seeing you again, and wow that car was truly detailed!
Cheers,
GREG
Hey Greg! The pleasure was mine buddy, I loved how you made fun me... constantly... just when I thought you had given me enough, you gave more... great times... :wall
I have a Ferrari 250 I will be doing for Ameila Island that will get the power of the RUPES. This was the car I was working on when you were in FL.
absolutely outstanding....
Thank you
Wow !!!
Just wow !!!!!!
Beautiful !!!!
I didn't know car paint could suffer shrinkage. May I suggest warm water next time. Works for me.
LOL... Yes shrinkage, sinkage, I have heard it referred to several names by top end restorers over the years. As an avid Seinfeld fan, shrinkage stuck...
Damn, I just don't have the words Todd! :bow
Thanks Mike!
Very nice work Todd! and awesome write up, I will tried the carpro pads next.
They are AWESOME! Thanks for the kind words!
Beautiful! Excellent work!
What year is the Ferrari ?
What kind of bike (motorcycle) is in your garage ?
Thanks Jeff. The Ferrari is a 65 or 66... The bike is my baby, an '12 ZX-10R
Great work as always my friend. Nice to see you detailing.
Thanks Barry!
I would say the Whiplash was most certainly accomplished!!! Quick question, could you feel the paint shrinkage? It's my first time hearing of it and would like a little more information on it.
No, couldn't feel it. It is very similar to orange peel but tends to occur after painting as the paint continues to out gas.
Beautiful result Todd as always!!!
Thanks Thomas!
Great work Todd. Classic Ferrari
Gracias!
A big fan of YOU, Todd. :rockon
A nicely done write-up, and I'll bet you had some fun freshening up this car!
Thanks Kevin! Fun???? Nah.. stress and hard work
Beautiful car & gorgeous work. (as always) Interesting choice of LSP since the correction was done with Menzerna products, wondering if you considered Powerlock as your LSP - to keep the whole "system approach" in tact.
Thanks Addy. Ultimately, if I am preparring a show car (and not using a coating) I am going to reach for "Wet-Ice over Fire" as my LSP(s) of choice. I honestly feel that it produces the best look on most car colors.
that looks amazing. the owner must be feeling proud now. To clean those rims must be the hardest
Thanks!
