One more thing I want to say about this cleaner is that it's not just your standard potassium hydroxide.

The person who made this added some surfactants which made it very very worthy, and versatile.

I'm sure that this chemist of Steve's will tweak it even more, which is very good for us.

Were there motor oil stains in the wash bay? I have some stubborn stains on my concrete garage floor. Nothing I've tried has been able to do more than just lighten the stains a bit.

I think by mid-week here and by the end of the week distributors that order it will be getting it. Just trying to finalize pricing;)
