okay everyone. so i hear everyone talking about these products.. and i haveno clue on what to buy.. couple days ago i detailed my black 06 g35 coupe. and this was the process:

wash

clay

IP w/ light cutting pad

FPII w/ polising pad

EX-P w/ finishing pad

Nattys blue by hand

do you guys think i need AJT, POLI SEAL, 106FF, Z5PRO in the future i mean to make my car even wetter? please guys

Black paint? Poli-Seal topped with Natty's Blue will give excellent depth and wetness and you will only need to buy one product.

As much as I like Acrylic Jett, it isn't my favorite on black. I much prefer the deep wetness of carnaubas.

I've gotta agree, it is pretty nice. I tend to prefer carnuba on black myself, but with winter right here I just spent the weekend switching over to Z5Pro on my metallic black 06 350Z and was more pleased with the results than expected. I didn't use 106ff, just FPII followed by Z5Pro, but wow. This was my first go with Z5 since reformulated to pro and I have a greater appreciation for Zaino now. It's not quite as wet as carnuba, but much better than the old formula....and you can't beat a nice polish job to make that black pop before sealing. :)
