Air Compresser Vs Leafblower

An air compressor and a leaf blower are both very useful tools to have. I have found that and air compressor is great for drying the engine bay after degreasing, but be careful when using high pressure. You really only need 50-60 psi for most drying jobs.

A leaf blower does a good job of removing excess water from exterior and is great for drying intricate wheels.

I also use both no problems of any kind. I have a 4 gallon air compressor and could really use an 8 so I didn't have to wait for it to refill. I got my ac from Harbor freight for $80 and also bought a 50' hose. I use a leaf blower most of the time to get the water off the car before bringing it in the garage or a squeege.
