AIO with PC?

A few questions for you Klassy fans . . .



can the aio be applied with a pc? (probably a stupid question, but im waiting for my first bottle to arrive)



if so, what would be the best pad/speed setting for the following conditions



white pad for polish/finish



-or-



use a finish polish first and follow with aio on a black or blue pad?







Secondly, having the inconvience of a garage large enough for only one car, if i wanted to apply aio on my nissan frontier or my dads silverado which stay outside, can I apply AIO and let it cure overnight, and then follow with the high gloss sealant or a layer of soverign the following day provided that i QD the car to remove any light dust that may have settled? Or does the vehicle need to be completly shielded form the elements (garaged) for the curing/recoat process? Will the QD screw anything up for the recoat? (assume I am using a QD with no wax or protective properties - adams detail spray or automagic body shine are what i currently have to work with)

Wow...that's really fast. I'm assuming that you mean 2-3K OPM (instead of RPM).



I use a white (LC) polishing pad on speed 4 (PC) for application.
 
Although I use AIO with the PC, I always apply SG by hand with a microfiber applicator. It's the only way that I can get the required "whisper-thin" layer of SG. Plus, i find that the PC pads absorb quite a bit of SG (wasting it).
 
I use AIO with white polishing pad and speed 4 to begin then 6 to help rmove swirls if I have some ( I usually do).



I use SG with a gray finishing pad if I use the PC. I get slightly better results with the PC. But I prefer to apply by hand using a foam applicator. Like MCA says, it's easier to get the super thin application than when using a PC.
 
i use speed 3-4 on the pc.....if its a gentle clean i use a finishing pad, or if a deeper clean is required i use the polishing pad



sealant glaze always by hand
