It seems my post is gone after that little "intrusion" of the site so I thought I'd repost.

actually i just found my pic attached to a post of a well known autopian from november, lol, i guess the hacking must have really messed some things up.

Thanks for the compliments. I guess I could give a bit more detail on my process.

1. washed with wg autobathe with sheepskin mit

2. clayed with mothers cal gold clay bar

3. washed with wg again

4. dried with my ww from pakshak ( love it, btw)

5. applied one coat of aio by hand with foam appl

6. buffed with kahki mf's from autopia

7. one coat of exp by hand with foam app ( i plan on another coat this weekend )

8. buffed with kahki mf's again

9. nxt protectant on the tires with an eagle one swipe then buffed off with an old terry towel

Both the aio and exp were really easy to work with. I kept the coats thin and they buffed right off with no problem.

We've had the car since feb and I've tried my best to wash using all the techniques I've learned here and so far I see no swirls, cobwebs, etc so thank you all for the great info.

I'm seriously thinking of getting a pc. I have a burgundy 97 integra I used the wg twins on and it looks great until you look at the right angle with the sun shining on it. Then you see all the spiderwebbing etc so I'm anxious to see how much that would help.

:bow Very nice shine there on a beautiful car! AIO has a look very much its own. I need to try it sometime

get a PC, best thing to get. well i was lucky i got mines as a gift. :p but i think someone posted about using the PC to remove AIO and it supposed to have increased the shine.

nice car! so is the car more of a grey or a blue? cause the first pic it looks grey, while the second one it looks more blue. or is it both and it all depends on the lighting?

It depends on how the lighting is. Usually in full sun it's more gray but the blue seems to come out more when there's some shade on it.
