AIO and Wolfgang Sealant

Has anyone tried this combination? It would be nice to have *one* cleaner to use for many sealants. But the Wolfgang pre-wax says it has swirl fillers aslo etc.. where AIO doesn't .



Let me add this to the question .. does the Wolfgang Pre-Cleaner actually do any filling?
 
Yes, this has been covered before. Short and to the point, from WG's site:



'Since it doesn’t disturb the paint or clear coat in the least, it cannot REMOVE scratches and swirls from the surface, only camouflages them. The polish smoothes the paint surface, preventing the sun from reflecting off sharp edges. Micro-fine fillers in the polish settle into swirls and scratches for optimal surface enhancement'

Yeep I read that .. but you know marketing .. I was looking more for a hands on experience comment from a user.
 
hey the wg pre-cleaner is just like pinnacle, or amino-uv i think. they are good for creating a good bond for the sealer. all it basically is, is mild solvent and wax. all of which can hide swirls. sealants however wont. wg isn't bad on pricing either. pinnacle little high, i think wolfgang and amino-uv are neck and neck on how well they work, except the a-uv says it can actually remove minor scratches/swirls without removing piant or harming clear coat... definately a toss up
 
Very minor swirl filling abilities. On paint in excellent condition, you would be fine, otherwise you need to use a dedicated swirl remover first.

So basically what your saying is if I did the IP/FP then AIO / Wolfgang it would be appropriate? I really didn't want to buy thier pre cleaner if it wasn't going to do much more than AIO which I have.

I think that would be fine. What kind of vehicle are you planning on doing this to?

Not sure yet but a couple of inquiries to me indicate they would like a synthetic maybe a step up from NXT .. and I wasn't going to get into Zaino and I still struggle with SG.



Wolfgang I can get up here for a decent price too.

Tell her to get back here and fix the road into South Castlegar ... I only have 3" clearance and we are going to the Kaslo show this weekend if it doesn't rain .. we will hook up .. I got Kokanee
 
Funny we are sitting here drinking Kokanee with a buddy of mine, I'm drinking BV and Coke. Just can't change some things. It's funny I've been down here for over twelve some odd years and I end up involved with someone from back home, go figure. I just love and miss things that you will never explain to anyone in appropriate words.

I have nothing but love and respect for my friends from both sides of this stupid thing we call a border.

That was beautiful man. I think I'm gonna cry. All this talk about waxes just seems pointless now. :p
