aggressive compounds: Diamond Cut or 3m Super Duty RC?

I'm wondering which of these two most aggressive rubbing compounds you prefer. Judging by the posts I've read here so far, I see Diamond Cut mentioned more than 3m Super Duty RC. Do you prefer Diamond Cut over 3m?



Which RC works better by hand? By machine?
