After I 3M polish, do I wash car before the wax goes on?

After you polish a car with 3M or Meguiar's products to remove scratches, do I have to wash the car off before applying my Zainos.
 
That is what the Dawn wash is for. It will strip any fillers, oils, silicones, ect. so that the Z can bond correctly.
 
If you were using carnuba, you'd be negating hard work by washing, because you actually want the fillers to stay.



However, for Zaino, you'll need to wash in order to strip off everything so it can bond properly. Good luck.
