Advice

If you don't know how to detail, get training or go work for someone else until you do know how to detail....... and detail well. The last thing we need is another hack job, who got laid off from corporate America calling themselves a 'detailer' and undercutting the real guys out there, like myself.

You'll need lots of practice before people will pay you. Practice on your car, learn to use a rotary buffer (keep it moving), don't half *** it keep cleaning until everything is clean, not "good enough"

i had planned on just doing it on my cars and familys cars for practice just need pointed in the right direction. Never intended to just buy some stuff and call myself a detailer. I want to practice a lot and get good and reputable. i was looking at a detail pro stater kit that runs around 450 its from.... Detail supplt outlet any info on this?

Yep just read read. If someone tried to put all the good info here, they would need more server space. No one will have all the quick answers.

Best advice is to keep reading on here and other detailing forums. I sent you a PM.

Keep reading, write notes, ask intelligent questions based on your notes, don't treat any one piece of advice here as gospel, however the collective group is pretty trust worthy.
