Advice wanted

I have a relatively new Frost White Buick Rendezvous. I've washed, clayed and used Meguiars NXT Tech wax on it (Applied with a PC).

As most here know, white is tough to shine. It's real clean and has a sheen, but not really wet.

I'm thinking of using Klasse AIO followed by Klasse SG. Then I was reading 'the perfect shine' pitch here (following the acrylic with carnuba) and was wondering what advice you all might have.

Thanks!

Is frost white a solid white color or a metallic white color? If it's a metallic I prefer the look of AIO/SGX3-5 but if it's solid I like to top the SG with a carnauba like Meguiars 26

AIO/SG or Prime/AJ would be good choices.

*My* preference on white is Zaino Z2 Pro...it's not the best picture, but:

There were a couple of very small nicks or stone chips when I bought it. The dealers' body shop touched them up and gave me one of those little sample touch up paint bottles (with a bush attached inside the top)....anyway, they told me the frost white was a mix of two different shades of gray with pearl white mixed in. It ends up looking off-white, leaning just slightly in the direction of beige - looks really sharp with black mirrors, roof rack, rocker panels, etc.

I got the impression from the zaino site that I'd need Z1 or (preferred) ZFX?, Z2 and Z5 pro?

Quite honestly got lost in all the zaino combinations when I spent time on the Edmunds forum. Maybe need to study up on zaino in my search for 'the perfect shine' (understanding I also seek durability for our wonderful Upsate New York winters!)

BTW, very nice reflection for a white vehicle. I've seen (other) photos of zaino reated vehicles and have to say that nearly all pop with a very wet, reflective shine.

Yes, for optimum performance, you need ZFX and Z5 Pro or Z2 Pro. The other products are great compliments but aren't absolutely necessary.

If you go with Zaino, the process is really not much different than any other line:

Wash

Claybar

Wash/Rinse

Polish as necessary

Seal - Z5 Pro or Z2 Pro with ZFX
