So we left this morning. Stopped in Newport RI for food, gasoline and to check out waterfront. Weather has been great. Starting to get hot now. Hitting the mansions soon, then the cliff walk. Late lunch / early dinner and off to NH tonight so we can scale Mount Washington tomorrow and bounce to Acadia. Spend Sunday in Acadia, dinner at the Lobster Pot. Straight shot home Monday.

Acadia is one of those places that makes a lasting impression. So many nice walks to take. And there`s that place you can have tea and biscuits on the lawn. And just a short boat ride to Nova Scotia. I`m so jealous of anyone within driving distance. From deep within Florida, it seems everything worth seeing, except maybe North Georgia and N.C. mountains, is an improbable journey by car or motorcycle.
