I'm sorry to hear the news. It's hard and I know. I feel your pain.

I lost my mother last year, two days before my birthday. I know how you feel as to constant reminder.

You and your family all have been through some tuff times in the past and I know this just adds up. Just try to reflect on some of the good times as much as you can.
