A question about Pads

I'm looking to try out some new pads for my G110 and I was hoping to try something a bit smaller than my 6.5" pads. (Right now I primarily use the 8006 and 9006 pads from Meguiars).



What would anyone recommnend as a replacement for these (in a 4 inch or 5 inch pad). For example, which 4" pad would have the same cut as the 8006 and the same polishing abilities as the 9006 pad.



I just don't want to get something which is a very heavy cutting pad that could lead me into trouble. If you have an idea of what speed setting I should be using for the respective pads, that would help as well. Thanks.

4" orange & 4" white from LC. Those are my most commonly used pads. I'd say the 4" red pads from LC would rank third, because I use to apply waxes from time to time.

Is one a cutting and one a polishing pad?

pick up some 5.5" pads, a few white (polishing) and orange (light cutting). both AG and Exceldetail carry them... :2thumbs:
