A pair of ZR1's get the Immaculate Reflections treatment

Hey guys, I did these two a little while ago on a nasty, rainy day....thank goodness for indoor working conditions! These two had to be done quick as they were both sold and were going to be picked up soon.





Car #1.....





Upon arrival

Removing the "shipping protection film"

Interior needed some tidying up

This is how I like to get the cars, everything wrapped up. These cars come straight to me after they have completed the PDI and do NOT go through the typical dealer prep that most others go through....

This was not posed....was like that when I opened the door. Couldn't be a cooler placement!

Some more interior issues that needed to be addressed....

A little dirty....

During the ONR wash

Where the "shipping protection plastic" used to be

Interior looking as it should now

After claying and polishing with 106FA to correct minor swirls and the delicate carbon fiber, it was sealed with Blackfire Wet Diamond.

Car #2



As it arrived.....

Interior all wrapped up. This one was much cleaner than the previous one.

Oh how I'd like to "Get to know" this car!

Exterior got the same treatment as car #1.

Jeff, just curious about your process for the areas of carbon fiber on the bumper/side sills that looks hard to access by a machine. I'm assuming it's done by hand? If so, do you mind if I ask what kind of applicator is used (foam, MF?)

With a 3" pad you can get pretty close. The rest is done by had with a MF towel or 100ppi foam pad.

Thanks Jeff, I appreciate it! My bad about the comment, must have been drooling too much all over my keyboard from some properly polished/prepped ZR1's . The cyber gray one especially, the look is something that a word doesn't exist to describe, some combination of dripping wet and crazy gloss!
