A "new" Stingray made better than new and protected with PPF and CQuartz Finest

Keeper of the beautiful
The owner ordered the car from Chicago and picked it up during the time that an ice storm practically covered the USA. He drove it from Chicago to Atlanta in that same ice and snow storm. :rockon

His desire was for the paint to be "shiny"(silver level), CQuartz Finest, a ceramic window tint job, paint protection film installation, wheel-off detail and CQuartz Finest coating on the wheels and calipers, an interior detail and an overall solid detail job. He also ask for some carbon fiber vinyl accent pieces. I installed a 'stinger strip' on the hood and some wraps on sections behind each seat.

We installed paint protection film / clear bra on the full hood, full front fenders, front bumper, side mirrors, door cups, a-pillars, rocker panels and a deck lid strip.

Our 25 year tinting vet installed 35% ceramic window tint as well.

Thanks for looking.

Wow! Looks great. How much paint correction did you have to do and what process did you use prior to the application of the CQuartz ?

Don't think so. A freshly waxed aircraft will be able to go faster. I know that when we were involved in drag racing, we always put a fresh coat on race day

But in real world terms/speeds, marketing that cleaning up the paint will make the car faster would be silly. Aerodynamic drag of uncorrected paint isn't going to make a big enough difference.

I'll leave marketing that to someone else. :D
