A few questions

1. I blasted my dealer sticker off with a high pressure hose and didn't have anything with me at the time for the left over glue. Anyways, the glue, no doubt, has grit in it now so I don't want to rub it off with any product. So, do you think I should hit it with some Goo-Gone(www.googone.com) and blast it with the High pressure hose again? Suggestions?

2. I have two 1" long cat scratches in the vinyl of my door that are not very deep. Should I lightly sand them down a bit with a fine steel wool or is there a better way. Sorry, no pics...cam is broken, getting fixed.

3. If I were to do a detail by hand, do you recommend the pre-wax cleaner and glaze step to be in circular motions or as the wind blows. This of course would be before I added the sealant and S100.

P.S. I've always applied sealant and wax in circular motions....should this be changed? I know there is much discussion about this but the answer still seems like a grey area.

1. I would just use the goo gone and wipe very gently to not induce heavy deep scratches and use a polish to fix it back up.

2.Thats what I did but with 2000 grit paper. It help a good bit but if you have any texture you wont want to make the area flat with no texture.

3. I dont think it matters which way you apply it just make sure everything is clean from your car to the final buffing towel.
