A Few Black Car's I've Detailed Lately...

I have a couple days free, so I thought I'd post up a few of the cars I've detailed on lately...... the black ones' anyways.:2thumbs:

Most of these were simple details, just the basic wash, clay, seal and interior detailng so I won't go into length about process and products and all that, just a good picture thread from me to you.:woot:

So here ya go.

This is an 08 Audi S5 lowered sittin on 20's that I had fully polished about 5 months ago and it was still in very great shape so we just threw a few more coats of Zaino on it.

Next up is a 1991 Acura NSX that I performed a stage 1 polishing on. A lot of oxidation was cut out of the paint and it was nice and shiny afterwards even though it still had quite a few swirls..:2thumbs:

FYI, this is not the same NSX I did the concourse detail on a few months back.

Here is another 08 Audi A5 sittin on 19's that I had fully polished a few months back and it's still in great shape so I am revisiting to debadge and reseal. However the car will be going back to the shop soon so we help off on any more sealants so that once it comes back we can do any polishing needed and reseal it then.

Next up another Audi. I think it's an 07 or 08 A4 SLine.

Same process, basic wash, clay, seal and interior detailed.

Next up is an 07 Escalade ESV fuuuuuuullly loaded.:bigups This is my same client with the F599 and he dropped the Escalade with me for a few days as he was out of town so I got to pick him up from the airport in it and it is a total dream to drive. I would love to use one of these as my detailing rigg, but too expensive for now.

Next up an 08 Infinity G37S. It was swirled pretty bad, even though it seriously needed a full correction, the client only wanted the stage 1 polishing. Even though I only used the PC with Menz IP and an orange pad, it seriously cut out about 65-70% of the swirls. I was very happy with the results and no micro marring.

It was a cloudy day so the pics just don't do it justice.

And last but not least, the Ultimate Driving Machine, 2003 BMW M5.:xyxthumbs

I just finished up this Carbon Black M5 a couple days ago, it was over 10 hours from start to finish and I had to go home sick the first day....:faint:

The second day was incredible heat and I only got a good 6 hours clocked in. The third day was final polishing and sealing..... of course it rained the whole time, so I backed it out quickly to get some horrible shots while rain drops started to fall.....

Very cool car btw.:xyxthumbs

Here's the swirls.

After a shot of M105 with a white pad at about 1700rpms, it was nearly perfect.

Then I finished it off with ZPC and a white pad with the PC since the paint was so soft, it reacted perfectly and cut out the holograms and haze that was left behind for a nearly perfect finish and foundation for Z5.

These pcis sooooo don't do it justice.

If you notice the white staining on the molding, this was there before I polished it, even the owner acknowledged it's previous existence, but I could not get it off either....

They look great...since you have a lot of cars you have done, and a couple of free days, are you going to be sorting all of your click and brags by color?

:grinno: No, just thought I'd do something a little different.

I thought about getting my own washed and detailed up, but don't even want to think about it, I'm about to head out to Houston in a couple days so it's just going to get all bugged back up....:wall

Great job! :bigups The Escalades are really nice to drive. I drove my uncle's and I loved it. Deffinately the nicest suv Ive ever been in.

Wow, great work on some amazing cars Josh!!

Looks like you have been busy lately! It is so hard to find the time to post up all of the cars I detail when things are busy. I may do something similar if I ever get the time...

Thanks for sharing!! Nice work...
