I got this week old Dark Cherry Pearl II 2012 Honda Odyssey for a new car prep. I asked the owner what he wanted done and he told me to treat it as if it were mine (i.e., use the good stuff 
). It was his wife's and she was most concerned with the jean transfer already showing up on the seats. So after I got the week's worth of dirt off, I knew what I was going to do.
Products used:
Griot's Garage Heavy Duty Wheel Cleaner
Zep Orange Citrus Degreaser (4:1 - tires and wheel wells)
Various brushes and grout sponge
1Z W99 (foam)
CG CWC (2x4 bucket wash with Grit Guards)
Bone
Iron Cut
(claying not required)
WW MF for drying
Metro Sidekick for blowing out creases - and what a load of creases there are! I think this one wins for the vehicle that holds the most water.
Blackfire SRC Finish Polish with Flex 3401 + 6" LC Flat Gray, GG6 + Megs Cutting MF (RIDS) and PC + 4" LC CCS White (small areas)
Blackfire Wet Diamond All Paint Protectant
Lexol Leather Cleaner
Dupray Hill Injection
Megs QID
Note: whatever the dealer used on the tires did not come off. Tried Zep, OPC and W99 and nada. So will have to wait until it wears off.
Sorry, no befores - it was pretty clean. It is already getting hot here so, if I want to wash with the power washer, I have to get busy quickly. After decon & washing, other than a couple of RIDS on the hood, it was without swirls.
Comments:
Used my new Flex 3401 for the majority of the jewelling. It was more like a rotary in use than a DA and took me a while to get used to it. I really like how smooth it was to use. Was able to finish polishing those vast tracks of painted panels without that tingling feeling I'd sometimes get with the GG6 or PC. I'm guessing it will be a little while longer before I'm completely comfortable with it.
Blackfire SRC Finish Polish was great. Before I used it, I didn't really expect to improve the paint much because it really was near perfect. (Apparently, the dealer only removed the plastic as he came to pick it up.) But, as I worked it in, a grayish pall was evident on the unpolished paint. Even the owner noticed the transformation. The subdued metallic really started to show. I didn't get any pictures of this but it really popped when I was inspecting for unremoved polish before applying BF WD. As for the BF polish, it did an awesome job. It had a good working time and even paired well with the cutting MF to remove a couple of shallow RIDS on the hood. It didn't wipe off quite as easily as I was expecting/hoping but wasn't difficult to remove by any means.
