ok i have a question as its been a while since i have done an older car. my dad bought a 93 nissan 300zx and it has the white pearl paint. I have thrown everything i have at the front end and nothing. I cant get pics uploaded today, but it seems as though the swirls, scratches wont budge. i even tried color sanding a small portion and the swirls are still there. the back end and top cleaned up fine, white pad w/pro polish and one pass was all that took. the front is so bad, i thought it was oxidation but they are scratches/swirls. if any one has had a simular car i would appreciate any help. here is what i have used so far:

green/orange/white LC pads/PFW LC pads

flex, hitachi rotary

2500 grit wet dry 3M paper

CG rocket polish/1500 grit componud/3M polish(dont know what it was as friend gave it to me)

i had no issues with the back, roof and dorrs. just the front fenders and hood.

That's what I was thinking but the whole front end? I mean hood, fenders and some of the bumper? Man I have some of the worst luck with white cars. I guess I'll try some meg's tomorrow and see what it does.
