Jeff,

Outstanding job!!:notworthy:

I must say, that I thouroughly enjoyed watching the car and paint come back to life in each step. That truly was some transformation. My hat's off to you.

Thank you for the great write up and great doccumentation.:rockon::hurray::thumbup:

I made it to the end.... yay for me.

GREAT job on the correction!

I got a good chuckle out of the rodent scratches and what appeared to be dog food after the carpet removal... some people

Again... great job... thanks for posting

We planned to have it blank, wetsanded it to remove the bird and everything.... but there was internal color warping or something deep in the plastic below the surface. So we ended up just replacing it with a newer one.

Thanks :)

Wow! Amazing job on the Trans Am, sure does look great!

Thank you :)

Amazing transformation. Great job.

Thanks!

WOW! If I hadn't seen all the pictures I wouldn't have believed you could bring this beast back to life. :notworthy:

I'll bet you learned a lot doing this that will help you with your "normal" restorations!

I learned a LOT through the process on this car. Always eager to learn stuff to make my abilities that much better. Thanks :)

Amazing really, you did an excellent job reviving the TA

Thanks!

Thanks!!

How did you fix the clear coat over lap? Sanding?

It was too far gone to do anything with. That pic was more to show the shoddy paint work that had been done previously.

Wow thank you!
That is amazing! Just the dedication that you've shown to make the car look so good is commendable! GREAT JOB!

Thanks so much :)

I always suspected it but didn't really know until this post. People that do this kind of work are members of a super race from another planet. It's clearly evident by the multiple suns reflectioned in the hood shots!

That is one beautiful resotration and thanks for sharing it with us here. That must have been quite an intense effort and it obviosuly paid off big time.

I also agree with the learning environment represented by the initial condition of the paint and debris. Lots of stuff to overcome and experience on just one vehicle. Invaluable. Be proud my man, very proud!
