i'm about to order a Porter Cable 7424 and was wondering if anyone has or uses the Carpet & Upholstery Brushes that fit this pc if so what is your take on them?

I have the white brush I think its meant for carpet, more then delicate apolstery. It works great...It has really worked well for me to get out and rejuvenaite carpets.

Works just great though if someone is doing many vehicles they would probably want to look into something more heavy duty. It isn't as quick as some of the products built specifically for carpet. I too, don't think I would use it on upholstery.

the set i saw was a 4 piece set for carpet and upholstery is the advice for just the white brush or all together?

I've only used the white brush, but I love it. I've used it on a couple of mats now and it really makes easy work out of cleaning and bringing them back to life.

The quality of the brushes are excellent, I have had numerous times where I have vacuumed then went over the carpet the with brush set on a higher speed and it really helps loosed up and dirt trapped on the bottom.
I know there are more delicate brushes however I would still be careful where and on what you use them on.
