Just would like to post some pics of my car after Zaino treatment and wanted to know if the time of day is important when I snap shots?I know you guys have opinons on this let me here it.Thanks

Try early in the morning or late afternoon, about an hour after sunrise or an hour before sunset; sunlight during that time has a golden quality that really seems to make cars glow. Also, shadows are softer and help to give the illusion of depth, rather than the stark contrast of a shadow under the car at mid-day.

Out of curiosity, is it a digital camera or film?

Before/during/right after the sun rises, in an area where "sweet light" will be available, i.e. not under trees, etc. The lighting will be more omnidirectional and your car will not have a hot spot of sun shining off of it.

TortoiseAWD,

I have access to digital or 35mm may try some of both.I have tried taking a few with digital just did'nt have the warmth of 35mm.But hey I am not a photographer.I will probably have to take quite a few pics to get a couple of good shots. Thanks for your input.:D

Early morning, late afternoon. Keep your back to the sun, get down low or climb a ladder.....ya know, something different! Get 3/4 angles that show front and side or rear and side. If you have choices of lens' a 50mm will give you the best perspective....grap an 18mm and get right up in front of your grill and shoot for a wicked cool shot! Check what's in the background....have any poles shooting through the roof??
