RickRack,I know this thread is more than twelve months old, but I just wanted to congratulate you on your efforts to detail this Rubyred ZR1.

I live near Warragul, Victoria, Australia and own one of two right hand drive 40th Anniversary Rubyred ZR-1's here downunder in Oz.

I bought it from Portland Oregon in Oct'00 as a two owner car with 14240 miles on it and imported it to Oz. It was re-engineered to RHD and I drove it home mid May'01. The final cost of this car was $150,000AUS by the time I got it home. It now has 15500 miles on it.

On 15th Nov'09 it was NCRS flight judged here in Oz and received a Top Flight. It lost 96 points out of the 4500 starting points. It should score around the 98.0% mark. I am yet to receive the official final NCRS score card from the USA.

I wish your shop was located near me. I would love to have you perform your magic on my 40th Anniversary RubyRed ZR-1.

RickRack, thankyou for this detailed thread and before and after pics of your work.

Best wishes and regards from Oz.
