Hi Marie, I am very interested to try out the HD UNO but I am wondering if this is similar to the polish System One which is also a 1 step polish. I have tried out the System One polish before but not really impressed by it.

Look forward to your reply because I would like to make an order before the promotion expire ;)

Hi Candor, thanks for the link but I believe I did not mention anything about a better combo of polishing. If you happen to notice, I am from Singapore, it will be too time consuming and troblesome for me to travel down to US just to find out if the HD UNO performs similar to System One polish (also provided I am one of the few being selected). I believe a simple feedback from Marie will help me to clear my doubts :) .

Hi Gen2, I believe Marie is going to be off for our long holiday weekend, but I can help answer your question.

Yes, HD UNO was designed to be part of a single liquid system, like System One. However, in my experience with three professional, well-known, single liquid systems, HD UNO cuts faster and cleaner, and finishes down better. This is why 3D put up the challenge (date to be announced) for people to bring "any polishing system" to compare against the HD UNO single liquid system. 3D is confident that their polish can stand up to the best of the best multi-liquid, multi-pad process.

In testing HD UNO against other products, it should be noted that 3D went to great effort to match HD UNO with pads. On the professional side, there will be three grades of pad for applying HD UNO: wool, polishing, and finishing. Some people have misunderstood, thinking that it is a single polish, single pad system. This is not the case. The correct pad for each step is very important.

On the consumer side, HD UNO is virtually a single polish, single pad solution. Used with a DA and an HD UNOPAD (the orange pad), HD UNO will remove fine scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, and restore 100% gloss on 90% of all paint finishes. We have encountered some paint finishes that require a final pass with HD UNO using the soft blue HD POXYPAD (finishing and waxing foam).

HD UNO, and all HD products, come with a 100% money back guarantee.

Hi Dave, thanks for the reply. Previously, when I was using System One polish sometimes I have problem to finish hologram free even with a blue finising pad. Since HD UNO cuts faster and cleaner, and finishes down better, I am going to pick up some products from HD Car Care to try out. Btw the professional HD UNO Pro is still not open for ordering, how do I place an order for it?

There was a delay in producing the new product labels. As soon as they come in, the new picture will go up and the order button will come on.

Hey David, I am about to order some of the HD UNO but the only Orbital buffers that i have are the Flex 3401 VRG and the Cyclo, and the backing plate is 5.5 on the flex, and the only pad size you have available right now are 5.25, I dont like my backing plate hanging over the pad, so do the LC pads work fine or just as good, or do I have to wait for the PRO pads?

For the Flex with HD UNO, I recommend the Meg 2.0 7" pads. They work FANTASTIC.
