4 Runner + Zaino

Hey guys! Been on here for a while and hadnt really done an all out detail. I got an 06 4 Runner a couple weeks ago and decided to go with only Zaino from the beginning. Ive been an avid Megs user for some time now and wanted to see what the hype was about. I went to the "scratch & wash" really late so I could hand wash with a bucket like they say not to do :nana: I started at 1030 Friday night and finished up at 0430 on Saturday morning. Silver is a pretty tough color to make pop out unlike the red Z I used to have. Overall pretty impressed with Zaino, a little does go a long way! I mixed half a mixing bottle of Z2 Pro and I had some left over after 2 coats! Application was easy too.

Here what I did

Wash with Dawn (blue)

Z18 clay with Z7 lube

Wash with Z7

Z5 Pro w/ZFX

Z6

Z2 Pro w/ZFX

Z6

Z2 Pro w/ZFX

Z6

Z2 on wheels and glass as well. Z16 on tires and Megs Natural Shine on exterior trim and engine bay. I really want to try some Z8, I think I will order some when I replentish my Z6. Im going to try 2 coats of the Z5 topped with one of Z2 next weekend and see how it looks. I love the Z16 on tires, perfect look for me, just like a brand new tire.The MP's must have thought I was nuts! Heres some pics....

Looks great. The Z owns silver man. I havent used the Z in years, and you guys are making me consider ordering some again (when I go through some of what I have).
 
Love Zaino on silver (had a silver metallic Escort beater)!! Zaino really makes silver POP and appears very wet. :secret

Excellent post of pictures and process. The paint is very vivid and wet. Zaino really help bring out the color. Always love a clean engine compartment( wish mine were clean right now). I like your comment on the tires. I agree!
