3M film question

Is all of the 3M basically the same when it comes to removal and durability? I was thinking of using this on a few powdercoated pieces I have.



3M eStore: Scotchgard Paint Protection Film, 03485 6 in x 12 in



Do you all think there would be any trouble if I ever removed it from the powedercoat?

I recommend you find a Venture Shield installer in your area. It's twice as strong as the 3M, and if you call them and give some measurements, they can plot the pieces for you to your exact specs. You don't need to buy a whole roll of the stuff.

i heard that those arent as good as 3m. But i heard it from someone that only applies 3m... so whats that say.

It's only a 6" x 12" sheet.

Anyone else know if this will be fine for what I intend to use it for? Will it be esay to remove if I choose to do so later on? How thick is this film compared to the stuff shops use to put on as clear bras?
