3D Pink car wash soap

Even in late winter, early spring, I don`t like to wash in the sun....there are times where we`re talking mid-low 40`s, bright sun at 9-10`ish in the morning, and it the drying agents get the panel dry even as you wash and rinse. I try to align the wash either early before the sun comes out fill rise or just later in the afternoon/evening.

I don`t think 3D offers then in 5 gal buckets. I believe their bulk is 4 one gallongs in a box. Got Amazon Prime. Either just prime a gallon or add it to your order for free shipping, or wait till there is a sale from ACC/PBMG with free shipping....IMO.

3D direct for sure is not going to offer you free shipping...

Manuf. recommend rate is 1oz per gallon for the Pink.

I`ve tried 2-3 oz in a 5 gal bucket. Felt too watery at that mix rate
 
Different people are gonna like different dilutions in the foamgun. I`m still at ~7oz:121oz = gallon for mine and I use the three strongest setting at the gun.
 
I have to wash in the sun as well, and PB SSS works pretty fantastic without leaving a film. Forgiving in the time required to rinse off the residue, unless you purposely just let it bake a while.

Been using the soap for months now. Really no complaints. Good in the gun and bucket. For the price point you cant go wrong.
 
I tried this stuff last year and loved it. I bought a 5 gal pail recently. Now I hardly use my DG 901 or Hyperwash.
 
Pink was okay but nothing special for me. Reset has been my top tier soap for the last 18 months. I tend to grab that the most 90% of the time but I am finding excuses to use up all the rest of my other shampoos, in between using Reset..I don`t really weigh out cost per oz per wash comparatively, but for those who have not tried Reset, give it a try !
 
mobiledynamics- Sounds like the Reset is perfect for you! Is that on coated vehicles (only) or is it OK/LSP-friendly on conventionally LSPed stuff? One thing I love about my GG/3D mix is that it has basically *zero* effect on my LSPs.
 
Kinda hard to answer you on that one. Granted, soap is soooo subjective, given ones water condition that may skewer anothers ones POV. All my cars are coated. 1.5 oz for a 5 gallon bucket with reset. Cleans well, in feel, not as lubricious as GG, but maybe it`s the combo of coating as well, but the mitt glides pretty damm smooth. I don`t really factor in suds as much as some, but Reset keeps on sudsing as long as you take the hose to the bucket.
 
mobiledynamics- Sounds like it`s not the one for *me*..but I do appreciate that you put together a good response! It *is* kinda tough to discuss some of this stuff, especially when different people have such different concerns.

And I don`t care about sudsing either, hardly at all. Heh heh, that might surprise some folks given my foamgun-centric washes!
