303 High Tech Fabric Guard?

I currently use this product, I don't seem to get much of the smell that you do from Scotchguard. However, I typically just treat the matts outside of the car and let them sit for a little while before re-installing.

I'm still novice with all this stuff, just a minor hobby of mine. But about a week ago, after vacuuming my Mom's car real good, I sprayed down all the carpets and seats with 303 Fabric Guard. I didn't notice any strong smell. If there was one, I found it pleasant and maybe just a little more than mild. That smell may have been from the Stoner's Carpet Spray cleaner I used though, don't remember.

In any event, there was certainly no over powering smell that bothered me. but, I've nevered used the 3M, so can't compare the two.

Love the stuff, personally. I bought a case of it after going through the 1st bottle. Makes water bead up just like it's on a freshly waxed/sealed car. Even used it on new boat carpeting and the water just rolls over the surface of the carpet when motoring.

2 Thumbs Up!
