3-way wheel cleaner comparison (with pics)

lol what is this back and forth, is the brown gunk not dirt and these products are stripping the protection off. So what is safe to do to clean the tires? I never heard of this and hurting the rubber.

I don't know, but after I did the tires on the Tacoma they turned this awful brown color. And I am talking about the entire tire face turning brown, dirt brown. I think it was because I was applying the product in the sun.

I've been using E1 A2Z for a few years now and have never had this problem on aluminum, alloy, or chrome rims.

i've never had any problems either. if this was available in gallons, i would be all over it...

*DING DING DING DING DING*

Application in direct sunlight will cause the product to dry and/or bake the dirt right back on the tire.

You got to move quickly when the rays are out.

when my spray bottle runs out, what do you think is better spray trigger or aerosol can? The can looks to be easier to control and better application, but maybe doesnt clean as good?

Get the trigger spray. Aerosol doesn't clean half as well.

Well, unless I hear of an actual story of someone's tires failing b/c they used A2Z on them, I don't think a wheel/tire cleaner can degrade it to that point. We're talking enough rubber to propel and stop a several thousand pound vehicle for years while taking daily driving road abuse.

I'm always open to disagreement proof against my arguments, but I just don't see it at this point.
