3 Old Guys With Buffers :) Black car in FL Sun

Great job. You guys are brave for working in direct sunlight. I never have luck with the Florida sun and polishing. I can see why you did it though. Looking great!

when we started in the morning, we were able to work outside while the temps were lower. once the sun started heating things up, we were constantly moving the vette into the garage to let it cool down & do some work, then back into the sunlight to look for defects. the paint would heat up pretty fast in that direct florida sun, but I was surprised how well the poor boys products worked in the direct sun. very good stuff.

Poorboys + direct sunlight = win every time. Not bad for some old guys ;) Jk guys you knocked that car out of the park. Great job

Good to know about the poor boys products. Was just thinking though would of it been easier to use some halogen lights in the garage? I do understand though that direct sun does bring out the flaws.

Awesome work guys... Way to drive down to Ron and help him polish his car under the guise of "Detailing Days"...

Well Ron I hope you at least took the guys to one of those places that has all the awesome food you post pictures of.

Car looks great.

Are you getting ready to coat it?

Guys, great job and the car looks amazing. I look forward to hearing how you like the Cquartz UK coating.

I am a little disappointed that there were no pictures of any Lunch or Dinner foods? No BBQ pics? Were you guys to beat to eat?

Nuttin beats the sun. But halogens would have made it easier to see, but 1000 watts of halogen adds a ton of heat. As well as we had 3 buffers etc going at once, so not sure how the elec panel would like that.

Actually I didn't even think of food till after Steve left :( (I feel bad), and when I thought of it, Ang said he didn't want to eat at that point.

I love it. And she turned out great !!!

Thanks Troy

THanks Jeff. No BBQ this time. Next time BBQ and no work :)

Thank you everyone, Ron is one heck of a host! His collection of detailing products is second to none!

Great write up and guys - I wish I had detailing friends close by, tough on an old fat boy in this beach heat!
Take care and treat yourselves to a cold one!
