3 Black outboard motors

A good friend of mine has a serious boat with 3 outboard motors that ore black. Does anyone know if these are clearcoated? Can I black hole them than seal them or should I just leave them along and wax with Nuba. My friend said that they lost their POP.

I have a Flex, PC (old one), Pro polish, Black Hole, the entire Ultima Line, SSR 1, 2.5 and 3. 845IW, P21S Concourse Nuba, Mothers wax no clweaners, 3M swirx remover, swirlX and EX-P sealant.

Easy way to check: rub some compound or polish on the motors with a clean MF, if the MF looks black after, its a single stage, if you only see residue, it's got CC or Gelcoat



Black hole and EX-P sealer would look great after a quick machine polish!
