Merlin:
ANY idea what kind of paint the white overspray was? Industrial epoxy? Road stripping?

Was this an insurance claim job by the vehicle owner against his own vehicle insurance company or the originator of this over-spray???

And how did you remove the over-spray? I assume it was with (a lot) of the blue Rupe`s compound.

Excellent detailing workmanship. Looks like the AC/DC band member will be Back-In-Black!

Not sure what type of paint it was. It was speckles all over the top and sides...but not down low.
It was not latex for sure.

Nope. He just wanted it removed when I did the detail.

Actually nothing I used made a dent in it.
I tried Rupes blue on blue...it just went over it.
I tried plastic razor blades...it did not budge.
I finally used my finger nails...that worked but left fine scratches.
Then I had to polish away the fine scratches that I made with my finger nails.
It took many hours to get it all off!!! Sometimes the best tools are at the end of your hands.

Thank you! That is very kind.

I think it turned out sweet!
