I had a client drop off his pretty much brand new 911 Targa for paint correction and a ceramic coating.
This beautiful silver Targa was in primo shape and only needed a light polishing after decon and prep for the coating.
This color was responding fantastically to the polishing step! It was literally glowing!!!

Waterless wash with McKee’s37 914N waterless wash.
Clayed with Griot’s medium wash mitt and Dodo Born Slippery was the lube.

Yellow Meg’s polishing discs.
Misc. MF towels.
Adam’s APC.
McKee’s 37 914 N rinseless as panel wipe prior to coating.
GYEON Prime as LSP.
GYEON Cure was used after the coating had cured.
Adam’s glass cleaner.
McKee’s Fast Interior detailer.
Metro vacuum.
McKee’s leather conditioner.
The wheels were pulled in order to deep clean them, the calipers and wells and then coat them.
QuickJack 5000 for lifting duties.

McKee’s tire/rubber cleaner.
Daytona speedmaster brushes/misc brushes.
Adam’s shampoo.
Micro-chenille wash mitt.
Master Blaster for drying.
Kenotek Vinyl/Leather conditioner/protectant for tire dressing.
Wheels and calipers were coated with a wheel coating I am testing out.
Wells were coated with a plastic/trim coating I am testing out.
Wells/calipers were cleaned with Adam’s APC, brake cleaner and steam (McCulloch) where necessary.
Matco torque wrench for proper torqueing of the wheel studs.

Exterior trim was coated with GYEON Prime.
Under the ‘frunk’ was cleaned and treated with Blackfire AIO trim/tire.
I believe I covered everything…as usual, if not, please ask and I will be happy to provide any information that I missed.
Thank you for looking and please enjoy my post!

No defect pics prior, paint was in very good shape and only needed a light polish to correct a few minor defects.

Beautiful work as usual. I look forward to reading your latest projects. You really dive in deep and deliver top notch results. Thanks for sharing the detailed results along with awesome photos. Inspirational.

Awesome job. Love your documentation high written and photographic.

Want type of durability do you see from kenotek on the tires? My current favorite is T1 but it`s not easy to get and a bit of work to use. Switched to gyeon tire and I like it but I feel the need to knock the shine down after the second cost applied for full coverage. That leave me leaves me with a slimey MF hanging around the garage.

The Swiss pneu is my all time favorite and saved for special vehicles. Does not last on a daily driver but it make the tires look new and I love that.

Thanks for the responses everyone! JSFM: I`ve seen a couple weeks on my own vehicle with the Kenotek, and that was with some rain. I dig it!
