Hello All,

It`s been a while since I have posted. Personal issues have prevailed. My wife was diagnosed with cancer in November of 2017. So, with surgery, appointments, radiation, etc., haven`t had time for much of anything else, plus regular work has been crazy last year. In any event, this week, I had a client bring in her 2017 Black Jeep Grand Cherokee for an exterior detail with ceramic coat, engine detail and interior detail with fabric protectant.

Here is what I did & I hope you enjoy:

Exterior:

- Megs Hyper Wash
- Detail King Brake Up wheel cleaner
- Detail King Tire Cleaner
- Iron X decontamination
- Stoner Tar remover (tons of tar on the sides)
- Clay Bar
- Two step polish (Step 1 - Rupes course compound with LC Wool pad on Rupes Big Foot and Step 2 - Megs 205 on LC orange pad)
- 70% IPA wipedown
- Ceramic Coat with Puris Jade ICE Ceramic Coating
- Tires treated with Opti-bond tire gel
- All plastic trim was treated with Black Wow.
Engine Bay:

- Soaked with Detail King Degreaser
- Steamed with Vapor Rino 220v
- Dressed with Sonus Motor Kote Dressing

Interior:

- Cleaned all plastic/vinyl surfaces with Vapor Rino with McKees interior cleaner as the hot injection
- Protected all plastic/vinyl surfaces with 303 Aerospace
- All seats cleaned with Leatherique
- All seats protected with Leatherique
- Carpets were sprayed with Detail King degreaser
- Carpets were steamed with Vapor Rino
- Carpets were protected with Jade Fabric Guard

Street5927- I hit this thread just to wish your wife well and to say I`m glad to see you posting, but gee..that`s a great job you did on that Jeep! I bet it took a good long time too.

Your use of McKee`s Interior Cleaner through your steamer reminds me that I need to use the chem injection on mine some time.

Hi Accum...Thanks for the "hit up". She`s doing better, but have to watch a spot on her liver near her Hepatic artery that developed. Too close to it for a biopsy or surgery, so for right now, MRI`s every 3 months to check the characteristics of it. In any event, I`ve been using my Vapor Rino on so many levels now, it actually cuts my time more than in half with better results. I absolutely love it, especially the carpet extraction hose hooked to my Mytee vacuum...it works 100 time better and faster than just using the Mytee as designed!

Street5927- Oh man, you make that Vapor Rino sound great!

Glad to hear your wife`s doing better, bet you`re both on the edges of your seats at every MRI appointment, hope things stay OK.
