2015 Silverado, when to walk away!

Update, Ihad a pretty non productive meeting with the body shop manager and my client today. They pretty much had no idea why we where there's! After showing him the problems, I don't think he was happy when I told him it was obvious that he had no one that had the knowledge or training to properly buff paint. He also had no answer for my question as to why he thought buffing with a wool pad ,compound and a rotary would remove the swirls it left the first time? At this point it is between GM and the dealer.
