2011 Ferrari 612 Scaglietti

I got a referral for this pretty much new 2011 Ferrari Scaglietti to prep the majority of the car for film application. The goal was to get the paint to be wrapped 100% flawless. With under 1500 miles, the car had not been exposed to the elements much, but improper washing had left the paint looking a little rough.


Upon arrival at client's home

Bird dropping that left etching in the clear coat. Compounding would take care of this and remove the etching.

Beautifully finished wheels only needed a light cleaning

The bugs had also left some etching in the paint but was polished away.

With a high level of correction desired, measuring the paint is a must. Healthy readings through out the car

After compounding the front end with the GG 6" DA with Meguiars MF cutting disc and D300/M101. Final polishing to follow...
